I. Name and seat
1. Oficial name of this society is: Klub vojenske historie 276th Sqdn. (reenacted) RAF, o.s. (next as KVH)
2. Seat of this KVH is Praha 4 - Háje, Tatarkova 730, 149 00, Czech Republic, Europe
II. Objects of activities of the society
1. KVH is nonpolitical civilian society grouping people who are interested in military history, mainly second world war - RAF and Czechoslovakian resistance on western front, and collectors of artefacts from this period
2. KVH in correspondence with principles of democracy decide about contens it´s activities, realization of objects of the KVH and about other relevant activities independently. For it was created authorities and organizations structure of the KVH
3. KVH aim it´s activities to:
a) collecting of uniforms and equipment
b) reconstruction of historical events, meetings, commemorative events, lectures, battles
c) arranges exhibitions
d) realizations of monuments or memorials plaques
4. KVH in its activities adhere valid law of state, in which do its activity
5. KVH could cooperate with other organizations and societies in Czech Republic and abroad
III. Membership:
1. Member of KVH could be individual or artificial person, if satisfy condition of this regulations and agree with it. In case of artifical person must satisfy this condition and agree with regulations responsible representative of this company. In the KVH could be constitute honorary member.
2. Member of this society could be unblemished person older than 18 years, whose state of health matches activities of this society, which is active in work for the KVH. Honorary member could be individual, proposaled by real member of the society, after approval working majority of the KVH. Honorary member hasn´t voting right.
3. Condition for membership in KVH:
a) completion of condition as in paragraph III. article. 1. - 3.
b) interest in membership in this society
c) fulfilment of trial period
d) approval of regular membership working majority of members on members´ meeting.
4. Trial period before inception of regular membership in the KVH is half year. Person, who is interested in entering of this society, must participate of activities of the KVH during this time, and therethrought demonstrate interest in membership in the KVH. Expectant hasn´t right to vote and can´t represent KVH in parley with other subject.
5. Privileges and duties of members of the KVH:
Member of KVH can:
a) use privileges and possessions of the KVH to it´s members
b) help with activities of the KVH with own návrhy and ideas
c) contacts authorities of the KVH with suggestions to activities a organization of the KVH
d) be present when authorities are discussing together about his/her
e) vote and be elected to duties and authorities of the KVH
Member of the KVH must:
a) keep orders of authorites of the KVH
b) pay in due form member´s and other fees, rated by authorities of the KVH or authorized by members´ meeting of the KVH
c) take care of possession of the KVH
d) responsible execute all commissions and duties, in what was set up
e) give back all possession given to keep him when cancel membership in the KVH
f) don´t harm good name of the KVH
g) consider all information about international affairs as confidental and keep quiet about it, excepting determine information, dteremined of supreme authority of the KVH
h) during public events wear uniform with badges, which odpovídá theirs age, vzdělání, or zařazení in society or programme of event
i) pass drill, necessary to possible events, in which our society could be participated
j) at least one time in year participated on event mimo nearest of area of this home
6. Cancel membership of the KVH is possible:
a) by willing abandonment of the KVH
b) by cancellation of membership by presidium of the KVH in case, that a member longer than half year don´t collaborate with the KVH without honest reason
c) by suspending from the KVH, if member of the KVH roughly affects activities of the KVH or theirs own acts derogates reputation of the KVH, or from other reasons. Members decides about suspendion of this member by voting on members´ meeting. Working majority must agree this suspendion.
d) In case of cancellation of KVH
IV. Authorities
1. Presidium of the KVH consist of chairman, two deputy chairmans and saver, in case of tie in voting framework of presidium is decisive vote of chairman.
2. Presidium of the KVH take co-ordinated action. Meetings of presidium awill be organize when it is necessary. Because of long distances between members of presidium could be meetings on internet.
3. Only chairman and both deputy chairmans could act in the name of the KVH. They inform presidium about theirs meetings as soon as possible.
4. Only the KVH has legal personality. Presidium of the KVH is older of legal personality. If wouldn´t be find deliquent, is presidium resposible for financial losts.
5. The highest autority is members´ meeting of the KVH, which could be summon when it is necessary, minimally one time in year. Because is long distance between members of presidium, that could be for meetings use internet.
6. Members´ meeting of the KVH could arbitrate, if is present working majority of members of the KVH with minimally one member of presidium, who leads a meeting. In case of parity between votes start discussion about problem and after it will be additional voting. In case, that afret aditional votes wasn´t decided, member of presidium, who lead the meeting, decide.
7. Members´ meeting could appoint by chairman, deputy chairmans and saver, amount and condition of refund membership fee, changes of regulations and ending of activities of the KVH. Members´ meeting discuss and authorize rules of procedure of members´ meeting and its programme. Resolutions of members´ meeting of the KVH are mandatory for all members of the KVH.
8. Members´ meeting of the KVH invoke chairman of the KVH after proposal from presidium of the KVH. Extraordinary could summon a members´meeting of the KVH, if ask for it al least half of all members of the KVH or if resolved it presidium of the KVH.
V. Possession and economy
1. Possession of the KVH it consist of personal estate and finance.
2. Personal estate are uniforms, acessoirs, equipment, cars, bikes etc. and other personal estate acquisited by members of society after it´s establishment and as marked and declared as club possession. When it is possible, possession of the KVH is acquire with help of members of the KVH.
3. Members´ meeting determine amount of member´s fee. Members fee is determined for whole calendar year and isn´t changed during this year. When it is necessary is KVH authorized levy from its members extraordinary fees for guaratnee of activity of the KVH. Member´s fee can´t be pay back.
4. Receipts and expenditures:
a) Receipts regular - fee from members, grants, zisk z from probably bussineses
b) Receipts irregular - extraordinary benefits, earnings, gifts
c) expenses for suporting of acticvity of society
VI. Temporary and final regulations
1. This regulations were prepared at 26th of December 2006.
2. Regulations assume efficiency from day of registration by Ministry of International Affairs of Czech Republic.
